Processing Cut-Off Times
US warehouse: 2:00 PM EST. Netherlands warehouse: 2:00 PM CET. Orders placed after cut-off are processed the next business day. Weekends and major holidays are excluded.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import regulations imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fees.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact our support team within 14 days. We will investigate and either reship your order or issue a full refund at no charge.
Restricted Destinations
Certain countries impose restrictions on the import of research peptides. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local import laws before ordering. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to restricted regions.

All peptides are shipped as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed sterile vials, which are inherently stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of transit. For added protection, we include insulated packaging and cold packs in every shipment at no extra charge to maintain optimal temperature throughout delivery.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority — not by ResearchPeptideCOA. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the shipping address. Please contact our support team via live chat or email immediately after placing your order. Once a tracking number has been generated and the carrier has received the package, address changes may no longer be possible.
First, check with neighbors, your building's mail room, or any secure package locations. Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before the final drop-off. If the package still cannot be located, contact our support team and we will open an investigation with the carrier and either reship or refund your order.
